05How it works
Sets the preferences the settings pages set: Personal settings (time zone is on user update), the report
defaults, Integrations' network keys and LTV › Settings. Each value is checked against the page's own choices
before any request; a free-text value given as "" clears it. Changing --user-account-currency re-prices every
campaign's payout into the new currency, as Personal settings does, through the exchange-rate service.
