First problem,

I would like to promote an offer on adwords and the landing page incorporates an exit pop up. my aff manager has told me the advertiser cant provide me with a link that has a landing page with no pop up. Is there a solution to this?

Second Problem,

I am testing out the content network for the first time and my adwords account is UK based and all my cpa aff offers are for the US market and their aff links are country specific to the US only meaning when you type the url in a browser in the UK the url will not work and return an error message or redirects to another offer on a different url.

As my content campaign are being reviewed by a uk adwords represanative he/she cannot view my aff offer landing page and they are getting dissaproved each time for incorrect destination url. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a simple solution.

The only solution I can think of is to have a U.S adwords account but I do not know how I would get a US billing address and US credit card?

I don't believe you have to have a US credit card and billing address to obtain a US account but double check with Adwords on this. As for the first issue, I assume you mean offer page and not landing page. If this is the case, there isn't much you can do as you have no control over the offer page itself.

Thanks steven, yes I meant offer page. If I use an iframe, could this get rid of the pop up?

No because all it'll do is load the site within your domain, it'll still cause the pop up. The best bet would be to contact your affiliate manager and ask them to talk directly with the advertiser for an alternative.
