Hi, i just started using this tracking system for some clickbank campaigns and for some reason it shows that i made over 400 dollars in the earnings section of tracking 202. But in clickbank it shows that i have made only 95. So where do you guys think the problem lies, with clickbank's payment tracking system or tracking 202?

Should i also submit a support ticket to clickbank?

You uploaded non-converted subids or if you're using the pixel tracking, the pixel is firing off incorrectly.

In the case of the subids, you need to clear subids and upload only the converted subids rather than all subids.

I also have another issue/question. Im running two campaigns right now, and in the spy section of tracking 202 it shows all of the information for one of the campaigns, but not the other. And in the overview section, it does not show information for either of the campaigns i am currently running at all, but it does show in information for some old campaigns i have deleted.

Is this also due to the same issue? the non-converted subids or pixel tracking problem, or is this something entirely different.

I would really appreciate your help, as i am new to all of this.

Hi Chris,

It sounds like something different. Can you redownload the newest version and update it again to see if this bug is fixed. It shouldn't be doing that.
