Hi

I only use Tracking202 and have not downloaded Prosper202.

I signed up & paid for Stats202 so that it would automatically enter my subids. However, when I try to find where to put the two API keys the tutorials only show it if you have Prosper202.

So I don't think Stats 202 is activated.

How can I see if it is activated and if it isn't where do I log the keys?

This simple step is costing money for a service I can not use!

I'm having the exact same issue.

Today I registered a new tracking202 account for the first time and when trying to enter my trackback URL into stats202 it asked me to signup for the service, which I did.

Then when I try to enter my postback URL into the stats202 area in the left menu it says:

1. Login to your hosted tracking202 install

2. Click "My Account"

3. Enter in your developer api key

4. Enter in your stats202 app key

But where do I get the keys, and where exactly do I enter them? These are not available options for what I see in tracking202.com

Then the official quick tips and instructions show options that I cant see in my browser!

Good news for you is you do not have to place the the api keys if you are using tracking202. This is something we are working on, I know its not very clear. What you do need to get your tracking to work is go into step 8 of tracking 202 and copy the secured or unsecured(i use the secure)postback url listed there. Then go into the stats202 tab and select setup>>mypostback url there paste you secured post back url.

you need to modify it so this is added to the end after the question mark

?subid={subid}&amount={amount}&actions={actions}

So it should look like this:

https://static.tracking202.com/dfd/xjxjeokfoks?subid={subid}&amount={amount}&actions={actions}

Then click add url.

And you should be good.

Tried to get to postback and I keep getting this:

ErrorCode: 3

ErrorMessage: This is not a valid Api Key and Application Key combination. Make sure to first enter in your develop api token followed by your application api token, in that exact order.

What should I do now?

I saw that your postback url has been posted, I modified it for to include amount and action, if you want to take a look. IF you intentionally had these values not included you can delete it and just ad the same postback url from step 8 again with the subid value appended to the end.
