I set up Stats202 last night, and today it looks like it's syncing fine with the networks. Right now the revenue amounts are pretty close to correct (probably just a delay in updating)

The problem is, it doesn't look like all of it is making it to P202. Right now my documented revenue in P202 is about half of whats showing in my Stats202. I've been watching it all day and the problem hasn't improved so I'm guessing there's a problem somewhere along the line.

Can anybody tell me why they aren't syncing up correctly?

Yes I do and they are from 2 different networks.

At first I thought maybe one of the networks/offers was getting through and the other wasn't, but in P202 I can see that some of the conversion totals are from the 2 added together which is great, just wish they were all getting through.

Stats202 is still doing a good job at picking everything up, but P202 is still lagging at about 50% or so.

Well from what I have seen p202 breaks down when one customer i.e. 1 subid gets 2 sales. It will only update 1 of them.

hmm, interesting. I'm sure it's something like that because almost every conversion I get converts on both of them so if it was only updating half that would be about right. I guess we'll wait to see if any of the 202 crew have a fix for it.

If its some sort of big lag issue, being a day behind doesn't really help me too much. I'm guessing it's not a lag issue though as it doesn't seem like time fixes the issue.

I decided to not import any leads myself for yesterdays stats to see if it would eventually import from Stats202, but sure enough I today I look at yesterdays stats and its the still about 60% of what the total should be.

Not sure what to do if I can't get a response from the 202 guys. Without it importing the correct info into P202, there's really no point in me having it. If it did import the right info, I'd be in LOVE.

When you are using one sub id to track two separate conversions the system will only track one conversion, your stats will be updated correctly but in p202 your data will be skewed. Looks like you were able to figure that one out :) Unfortunately are system does not support this type of tracking.

Are you guys working on a fix for this or is there a work around? It seems that if Stats 202 can get the revenue totals correct and attributed to the right subids, then there must be a way to pass this to P202. It already does seem to work some of the time, just not consistently for all conversions.

My sentiments exactly. I canceled my subscription because of it, but if it was worked out I'd pick it back up in a second.
