I'm a new player. I created my first two direct linking campaigns with Yahoo/clickbank this week and according to clickbank I made a sale 4 days ago. But T202 is not registering any sales. Everything else, spy view etc, seems to be working fine. But I really want to see green! Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this is not happening.

I am going to go ahead and move this post to the correct forum. I went into your account and it looks like you have not setup your stats202 correctly. Go ahead and follow this setup tutorial and you should be fine moving forward.

Thanks for your help Alex. I found my App keys easily enough but I don't get the following:

1. Login to your hosted tracking202 install

2. Click "My Account"

3. Enter in your developer api key

4. Enter in your stats202 app key

Wen I click 'My Account' I don't see anywhere to add them. I can only see Personal Info, Financial Info etc. Sorry for the confusion but I seem to be missing something.

Hi Kayren you won't be able to see past data unfortunately because there is a good chance that your sub ids were not passing passed correctly into clickbank. You can try uploading the Sub id's (TID's) manually and see if your conversion data updates. But Most likely this will be a brand new start for your data, sorry.
