Although it says "Supports Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN Adcenter" there are only Adwords and YSM options for "This file is from..."

Has support for MSN been dropped?

No. MSN never had been added to be exported to the other two. It has always been Yahoo or Google to be exported to MSN. We never placed it in there as most people build campaigns on Google and Yahoo and export out rather than backwards.
