Hi, yesterday I downloaded my stats from the previous day and saw in "recent visitors" that my url's were correct but my account wasn't synced properly. I guess I forgot to sync after I made a change or something because I remember syncing it at one point after putting my campaign in. So I synced my account again and then a little while later downloaded today's stats. After a while for some reason there was still 1 report in que and it remained that way throughout the day. Today I logged on and now there are 3 reports in que and I got charged another $2 in API fees - there's nothing I can do to stop it that I know of...I need some more help on this one.

How many times did you hit sync?

Also I just wanna say I hope you guys are working on a way to considerably lower API fees for Pro users. It's really the one thing that puts me off about this tracking system, everything else is top notch. Using the keyword grouper tool is one way to reduce the charges by creating less adgroups. Other than that, I've seen some suggestions looking through the forum on changes that could be made to decrease these costs but don't know what else I can do...For instance I want to launch my campaign in Adwords using many keywords I've collected from PPC Bully. So during the day I'll sync and download stats once, right now it's costing me around $1 a day to do both, but only have around 100 keywords. So if I was to add 500 more I would be looking at $5 a day which would be $150 a month just for API fees alone...Please help us drastically reduce these costs because I can't afford that to test out new keywords.
Thanks,
Kevin

Sorry for the trouble, I know API Fees suck, we are doing what we can to reduce them. I think a lot of affiliates don't understand that it's not T202 that is charging you. It's Google charging these fees. To use API integration with Google, unfortunately T202 and the rest of us are at the mercy of Google, so we have to pay Google. You have to keep in mind that it's not just you that pays API Fees. We pay fees to be integrated with them. Google is a really big company, so if they want to charge for API integration we have no choice but to follow their rules.
I had a big meeting yesterday with Nana, Steven and Wes on how we can reduce API Fees. We came came up with a few ideas that we will implement soon. If you are really worried about these fees, the one thing that I can recommend is doing PPC with Yahoo and MSN. You should test these two traffic sources out, they do a lot of volume and I know a lot of people that are very successful using them. The best thing about MSN and Yahoo is the simple fact that they don't charge for API. It's really worth looking into that. Another thing that you can do is spend the time to make your landing page SEO ready. That way, you can start gaining free traffic when you do PPC. You can earn extra cash from free traffic which would help supplement the costs spent on PPC.
Now there's a promo that we are doing where if you sign up for Revolution202 and run traffic with that network, we can give you Tracking202 Pro for free (You would still have to cover API Fees). If that sounds interesting to you just let me know.
Take care,
Aaron
