MSN AdCenter - Cannot Add PPC Account

I tried adding MSN Adcenter under my PPC account. I entered my username and password. The following message appears:

Server: Server was unable to process request. ---> |-400001|-1|API unauthorized access|

I manually logged into MSN AdCenter via their login page and it is not MSN's site that is down. Please advise. Thank you.

Please disregard. I changed my username name and password on MSN to see if that would work and for whatever reason it did. Not sure what happened the first few times around. Thanks!
