Known Problem or Isolated to Me?

For the past few days, once a day, I keep getting an e-mail stating:

"Tracking202 Pro encounted some errors as it was trying to update your accounts recently. You will find the errors in your Tracking202 Pro account.

Please go to: http://dashboard.tracking202.com/tracking202pro/setup/ to see all of the pending account issues.

Any accounts that have issues will not track properly until they are resolved. If you have any questions or feel you've reached this message in error please contact us."

When I log in, at the top of the screen I see:

"Tracking202 Pro Status: AdWords API Error

Seeing the following error? "soapenv:Server.userException: Cannot serve any requests for the specified account.

Please contact support." We are experiencing an issue with the Adwords API and are working on a fix. We currently do not have an estimated completion time on this, however we are working at full pace to get everything working again. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Thanks -Team202"

I am wondering if this is the same issue and if it's a known problem and you guys are still working on it, or if it's actually a different problem isolated to my account...

Hi Everyone,

Sorry there wasn't a sooner reply! We were having an issue with our API key resulting in these emails being sent out. The issue is resolved and the emails should stop. Please update this forum if the issue persist.
