Automatic Downloading stats has error on ysm account.

Hi,

I have error on my yahoo account.

It's download stats from the day before yesterday.

Do you get that error when you down load stats for today? What type of error are you getting?

Hi Aaron,

- It error when your sytstem downloads stats for everyday.

- dwonload from the wrong day. (before that day stats)

Hi Aaron,

Yes , it erro when dowload stats for today but it sync from yesterday stats.

Wes fixed the reporting server so you should be able to download your stats now.

I downloaded but it's been error.

It's should work right now, looks normal unless you see something that I don't. The one thing that I know, if you try to download stats that already been downloaded, it would create an error.

it's still error on only one ysm account.

Can you do me a favor and register a free account with Jing.com and do a video screen cap of your error. Then PM with a link to your video? I want to see what type of error you are getting.
