I've tried this entering both my gmail account address and my account #: 336-774-5470 and I'm positive the password is correct.

Error msg:

soapenv:Server.userException: Cannot serve any requests for the specified account. Please contact support.

(I have a screen shot. I just can't figure out how to attach it.)

in the meantime can we stil run without the ppc accounts set up?

or should we use the standard tracking202 application and not the pro if we really need to get something up and running?
