If you use: https://dashboard.tracking202.com/tracking202pro/link-generator/

You can make your own links, and t202pro won't go back in a change your links.

Please keep in mind that in a preexisting campaigns if you change your links manually or if pro auto updates you will risk getting slapped by google.

Also how does it determine what to update it to? does it just add the stuff onto the end?

It can't be disabled because it is necessary for tracking to work.

yes it just adds stuff to the end. You can also manually do this by using the link generator found in 202pro, once you put these links in our system will recognize the proper tracking variables and not adjust your links.

Well all my traffic goes through our own system, then passes the tracking information on to p202 at the moment.

Sorry, that's a feature that we can't add. The tracking will not work properly if we had an option to disable it.
