pixel tracking not working but keyword is

so im running self hosted prosper202 and using tracking202 and i got my AM to place my pixel on the offer and at the end of the link im using

{keyword}

In tracking202 the keywords are coming through but im not showing any leads what could be the problem and my AM said pixels were placed?
