Just to confirm...Do we still need Google Conversion Tracking Pixel if we are using Tracking 202 Pro?

I promote on the google content network, and I heard that Google Conversion Tracking pixel is best for that...but I'm looking at subscribing to 202 Pro...will this replace GCT or would I still need GCT?

Nevermind, figured it out, just use the T202 Pro global pixel and it does it all. :)
