I followed all the instructions on the site and put the links / redirects all in their respective spots. I even tested the links and no information is getting posted back to Tracking 202. Not sure what is happening.

Can anyone help?

definitely sounds like you might have setup incorrectly, if you pm me your lander I can take a look at it for you.
