Cannot setup Simple LP (step 4)

Hello Guys,

Step 4 does not have any Networks in the Aff Network drop-dowm menue and I entered Affiliate Network in step 2. What am I doing wrong?

I'm having exactly the same problem.

The Aff Network link wheel just keeps rotating.
