Problem with install

After modifying the 202-config.php file I did the install but when I go to the login page I am getting the following errors showing above login box:

Notice: Undefined variable: error in /home/htdocs/users/*****/****/****.net/202-login.php on line 94

Notice: Undefined variable: error in /home/htdocs/users/****/****/****.net/202-login.php on line 99

In the user name box (on login page) I am getting:

<br /> <b>Notice</b>: Undefined variable: html in <b>/home/htdocs/users/*****/*****/****.net/202-login.php</b> on line <b>97</b><br />

(note: **** used to protect identity of account/domain).

After this happened once I deleted/reinstalled files and still getting these error messages. Please advise.
