I (think) i am following instructions perfectly, going by both the youtube video and the other posts i see here... but i guess godaddy is giving me some issues.

This is the error message i get when i go to my domain:

Warning: require_once(D:\Hosting\4117204\html/202-config/functions.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\Hosting\4117204\html\freetracking\index.php on line 7

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'D:\Hosting\4117204\html/202-config/functions.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in D:\Hosting\4117204\html\freetracking\index.php on line 7
