When Google checks for quality, they check your landing page, keywords and text ads for relevance. When they check your text ads, your click count will go up in prosper202, but Google doesn't charge you. I believe there is a way to correct the click count in Prosper202 by going into your data base. If you don't want to do that, then I have a work around for you (it's not a complete solution, but it can help).
When ever you start a new campaign, try to pause the campaign so there's no ad spend during the approval process. Once your ads are approved, then wait a day to unpause the campaign. The next day will have a new count.
