someone copied my landing page and forgot to remove the javascript code from the footer. He's advertising on low quality sites with huge volume and overloads my server. Anyway to stop using my script code without changing my prosper202 domain?

You need to go into your phpmyadmin and go into the mysql command and specifically remove that link.

That should work.
