Was curious if anyone else was setting up multiple p202 installs. The main issue when doing this is conflicts with numeric subids (each install will spit out the same subids but will correspond to different clicks), so what Ive been doing is appending the domain to the end of the subid and then have a script that can use this as a flag for which prosper install to update the subids on. The main issue with this though is that it definitely footprints my traffic and one of the main reason I'm setting up multiple installs is to spread cap over a few networks as well as performance benefits (millions of clicks spread over 10 installs is MUCH faster when analyzing data than in one database). Just wondering if anyone else is doing this type of thing and how you go about 'bookkeeping' your subs.

I don't think anyone is doing multiple installs.

If you are using tracking pixels or postbacks, you can use the domain in the URL to distinguish the traffic.

Use a subdomain.

for example:

http://tracking.domain1.com/

http://tracking.domain2.com/

http://tracking.domain3.com/

...

http://tracking.domain10.com/

Wondering if you ever figured out a solution?

- I got 3 prosper installs.

- my affiliate company can put all 3 pixels

BUT, I am worried all three pixels will be fired when someone reaches the success page or is prosper smart enough to know what pixel to fire?

All 3 prosper installs are on totally seperate domains/servers etc, but I do promote the same offers from these different servers hence the 3 pixels on the same offers success page and I would hate for all 3 pixels to be triggered.
