Does anyone know why the location/flag icon column is missing from visitor history page? I am running only US traffic at this time

Can someone please help me with this. It would be very helpful in getting the flags displayed to help me locate instances of click fraud and not having to go through all of the ips manually to find out the location.

For instance, I am only buying traffic from the USA but have several ips from China in my IP list.

Please let me know what i can do
