Hello I seem to be having problems setting up anymore new campaigns. Once I get to step 4 the option for aff network/campaign disappear and I am unable to add a new landing page. Is this just me or is it happening to everyone?

I believe this is a bug. Tonight, I just added a new affiliate network in Step #2, and that network doesn't appear in steps #4-7. Therefore, I am unable to proceed. The only difference in my case is that I can see the dropdown combo box. My new affiliate network doesn't appear in that list, however, rendering the rest of the program inert for my new network.

has there been a solution for this?

Same problem here - I can see a dropdown but it's not populated by any options...

Same problem here! I have sent a support email regarding this problem. I will let you all know what the response is. However I think you all should also send a support ticket...the more they see, hopefully it'll get their attention about this specific bug.

Are you using internet explorer? If so then try using another browser. Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. Let me know how this works for you.

I'm also having this setup issue. It's a bit unsettling to know that it's been occurring since August and nobody has fixed it yet.

Tried logging out/in, clearing cache, IE, FireFox, Chrome. Deleted networks and started again. Nothing works.

I've added a new network. The dropdown in the Text Ad setup form does not include it however. I have tried both Firefox and IE and logged out and in again a few times, but no luck.

Same problem here, new LPs dont appear in the dropdown menu when i try to get the tracking link.

Someone knows if the moderators are aware of the problem ?

I am using the software for the first time and just ran into this. Kinda sucks...no it really does suck. Does not seem that hard to populate a couple of tables.

Is there some workaround for this?
