Hello Everyone,

My name is Abdul and I'm new to using Tracking202. I'm having problems setting up my account.

I completed Steps 1-3. I skipped Step 4 because I'm direct linking. At Step 5, when I click on Aff Network, there is nothing in the drop down box. I chose Clickbank as my Aff Network in Step 2, and Clickbank appears in the Aff Network drop down box for Step 3, but not for Step 5. Also, there is a blank space next to Aff Campaign in step 5, with no option to choose (I chose a campaign in Step 3).

Also, in Step 5, when I put in a Display URL I get this error message back, "You are not authorized to add an campaign to another users network".

I understand Step 5 is optional, but I need it for a project I'm working on.

For Step 7 I have the same problem as in Step 5; nothing appears in the Aff Network drop down box, and next to Campaign it is blank.

If someone has any ideas about what I'm doing wrong, I'd appreciate some assistance.

Thanks,

Abdul

Hi Abdul,

I'm having exactly the same issues as you.

It must be a bug in the system, no matter what I try the affiliate network drop down isn't populated with the networks from previous steps.

I hope a tracking202 techie sees this post or we will never get it sorted!

Andy

Hey guys

I'm having the same problems, really frustrating.

I was considering trialling the pro version but this doesn't inspire me with confidence

Hey everyone,

I just left a help request with Frank Kerns folks. If you are in that program it could help if you too sent in a support request...."The squeeky wheel gets greased"

Here's hoping!

Having the same issue. I found an old thread that suggested the database takes a day or 2 to register sometimes, but I'll admit I'm surprised.

I'm sorry to hear that others are having the same problems, but it's also encouraging because it suggests that I didn't do anything wrong. It appears to be a technical issue that is out of our control.

Hopefully support can shed some light on this issue when they review this thread.

I'm now having this exact issue...

For those that this is now working for, is it just a matter of waiting and it will correct itself automatically?

Or did you have to do something else?

Thanks

I'm having the same issue right now as well which is a little frustrating seeing as though this seems to be a reoccurring issue that has not been corrected. I have sent an e-mail inquiry about this problem and will wait for a response.

Scott.

Hello Guys I'm Russ from the UK. I just had the same problem. I already had Clickbank in there for the past couple of days and I can still see that fine but I just added another Affiliate network and a campaign for it and it's not appearing in Step 5. I see some people said it's working again but not here. It's 15:51 UK time which I think is 10:51 Eastern..

Anybody any clues? or is it just a delay thing?

We put in a fix late last night. It should be working now.

Hello,

I'm still having the same problem, too. Step 5 isn't showing my entry in the affiliate network dropdown box.

Maybe we can get Frank to do a sneak attack! (only makes sense if you saw the video!)

Problem should be fully fixed now. There was one more database server we had to reboot. It may take a little bit for all your stats to start showing, but everything has been tracking.

Thanks

Same problem today for me. Good to know that 202 has bothered fixing it after 3 months.
