I have 2 questions:

1) Regarding CPC update: Let's assume that I have a campaign of 500 keywordS, and I decided with the same bid for all of them, but after a while I started to give a different bid for each keyword. Do I still need to change each destination URl of each keyword with the tracking202 code?

2)Conversion tracking in Clickbank URL - There are some products which can be tracked both by TID and conversion tracking. It should like this: xxxxxxx.xxxxx.hop.clickbank.net?/gid=xxxxxx&tid=

This is an example of Goolge, it can be Yahoo or MSN.

If I also want to use tracking202 can I use it?

What do I need to put in step 3?

First option: xxxxxxx.xxxxx.hop.clickbank.net?/gid=xxxxxx&tid=

or second option: xxxxxxx.xxxxx.hop.clickbank.net?&tid=

and what eventually put in the keyword URL in my campaigns?

If I put in step 3 the first option so maybe it should be:

redirect.tracking202.com/dl/xxxxxkw={keyword}

If I put in step 3 the second option so maybe the code in the destination URl of the keyword should be:

redirect.tracking202.com/dl/xxxxxkw={keyword}/gid=xxxxxx

Can someone help how to solve this problem?

1) Unfortunately Yes you would have to manually update each link you adjust the bid on. This is feature we will be fixing in the next 202update.

2) yes you can it would like conversion trackinin tracking202 your hop link url will look like this in step 3 http://AFFILIATE.VENDOR.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=

and if you would like to track keywords you would do that in step 7 using the keyword token e.g. {keyword}

and that would be added to your destination url. This token would only be used in google and msn, for yahoo you would only need to enable tracking url's.
