Here is my tracking setup:

1. Placed CPA offer (URL + ?sub=) on Tracking202

2. Sent tracking scripts (Tracking202 and MediaTraffic)to Affiliate Manager to place on "offer page".

3. Checked box- "Target Pass Through" on MediaTraffic

Question: Will this setup allow me to track incoming traffic for each of my targeted URL's on MediaTraffic?

Your help would really be appreciated.

Reggie

Thats all you have to do, yes you have it setup correctly.

T202 is configured to pickup media traffic's passthrough keyword by default!

Sorry to bump an old thread but I dugg this up while searching for a solution to this same qusetion. I just wanted to confirm

I set everything up as well as the original OP but for the URL i submit to MediaTraffic do i include the t202kw= variable or do I just let MediaTraffic attach on the target_passthrough variable and disregard the t202kw= variable?

Sorry to sound confusing but through searching that tracking202 does support MT I'm gettin confused on how it does it lol.

Nubsauce,

Once you select target pass through the keyword passes, you do not need to add the t202kw variable.

Thanks,

Alex

Thanks for the reply lex.

so all i have to do is take out the t202kw variable and just leave the target url as it is w/out it then media traffic will tack on the target_passthrough= on its own?

For media traffic, is it required to remove the t202kw query parameter or can you leave it in?
