Tracking 202 shows conversions but clickbank doesn't?

Hi all. I'm fairly new to Tracking 202. I have setup a few campaigns to track conversions of clickbank products promoted using PPC campaigns thru Google & Yahoo. For a couple of days Tracking 202 & Clickbank were "in sync" in that I would see a successful conversion on clickbank and check Tracking 202 to see the specific campaign & keyword that converted. I haven't changed anything but for the last couple of days I'm seeing successful conversions in Tracking 202 but no matching conversions in Clickbank. Same campaigns, no changes on my end.

FYI, I don't control the landing pages, I sent them the Tracking 202 tracking pixel code to place on their "thank you" or equivelant page.

Any ideas?

How reliable is the Tracking 202 system? Is it something I could use as "proof" of conversions to Clickbank?
