In the beginning of October, I updated the CPC for some old clicks.

Now the IP & Referer are missing for almost all of the updated clicks. (there are a few here & there that didn't lose this data, but i don't see a real pattern to it)

Anyone else experience this?

We did delete some old referrer data, but if it was showing up before you updated, your filtering might be the issue.

Thanks for getting back to me on this.

I checked the filtering and verified that I have none of the filters set. I go to the "Past Visitors" view, and select only the start and end date. It shows all of the clicks that occurred, with their subids.

However, the IP and referer columns are blank. Also the three link buttons that are usually shown at the right do not appear.

Is there any way for me to get this data back or is it lost forever?

Sorry but it seems like you referrer data has been cleared out.

I apologize, and encourage you to try the self hosted prosper202 to avoid some of these issues.

Lex - my prosper deleted all its data the last 3 days.

That's why I went across to Tracking202 yesterday. Damn, then it deleted all the data?!

Man, I am just trying to get my tracking sorted dude. that's the 4th day I have data deleted! argh, help me puleeeeezzzzzz.
