Leads are not showing up as conversions in t202 and just trying to figure out why. I can track keywords and traffic source by looking up the subid # but it does not show as a lead still.

Also can t202 only track max cpc? When the ads have been clicked on, t202 automatically assumes its max cpc.

I figure I am missing something with the subids because I am under the impression that you can pass the cpc in the url?

Anyone have any suggestions on getting this setup properly?
