I think Tracking202 Pro and such needs a sales number for people to call with questions concerning purchases.

At the vary least a Skype number for $3/month would be nice to receive phone sales support.

Also it wouldn't hurt to provide phone support for paying customers. For the freebie group a support incident fee for phone support could be provided.

My 2 cents anyway as there are sales questions I have and I often want to talk to a human rather than type out everything; blah.

Sorry Jeremy,

We don't have the man power to have phone support. We would like to, but we don't at the moment. In the future we may get people to do phone support.
