I'd like to report 2 issues with the newsletter signup:

1. The system rejected my email address that had a + in it. + is a legal character for email addresses.

2. On the subscribe page, there a broken image:

Also, the rejection occurred when I arrived at the confirmation page, not at the initial signup.

This is the error text on Issue 1:

Please enter a valid email address
