No we haven't and this would be our first time attending Ad Tech. That said I don't think it's necessarily geared just towards affiliate marketing but there is a lot to learn. I do know that several affiliate networks will be there so I am sure it might be worth it, especially since the expo ticket is free.

Hello, my name's Mike I'm 35 years old, from Canada but have been living in Tokyo for the past 7 years.
I've have been studying the forums and blogs for the past 6 months or so but have only really started running PPC campaigns in the last two months.
So far I'm down $675. I feel like I've learned a lot but am also looking forward to a big return on that investment soon.
I look forward to getting to know you and sharing knowledge with everyone here. I like that this forum seems to be mostly people new to the game but ambitious.
Good Luck to everyone and may we all prosper!

Hey Mike welcome, your going to make it. Dedication to invest that much already and keep going just says your going to make it. Have you considered funding some more on the free credits to relieve cash expenses? Yahoo has a nice $100 free voucher, sometimes make 2-3 accounts to have a nice starting amount of PPC funds to go with.
Cya around!

Hey Wes,
Do you know where you can get that $100 credit? I've only ever seen a $50 for starting up new accounts. $100 PPC Traffic can go a long ways...
Thanks.

And I guess while I'm at it I should introduce myself as well.
I started Affiliate Marketing in earnest a couple months ago and have made a couple grand since, but still have trouble scaling out my campaigns. There will be a day with a few sales, but then I'll go for a few days with none at all. What gives? Always looking for suggestions and help from people, and ready to give as much help as I can as well.
Fascinated by landing page design and what makes ordinary people convert. Look forward to learning here and growing everyone's business together!
P.S. Wes, great service, thanks so much without it I would be lost.

Hey Wes, thanks for the inspiration. I'm not giving up on this, no way. And those yahoo coupons are going to help a lot, cheers!
Next time I post about my earnings I want it to be the exact opposite of what I wrote above, $675 UP!
take it easy all,

Wes and I have been friends since 2nd grade, and all I have to say is that I'm not surprised at the site's quality. This community is in good hands. Keep it up, man. (And can I have the key to the guest house of your first mansion?)

Hello all,
My name is Andy Kerr and i'm a fully time entrepreneur from the UK!
I've been making money online since about 2003, and this has been my full time, self employed job for about about two years now.
I have spent the past 2 weeks reading information, and taking my first steps into affiliate marketing. (Before, I relied on (and still do actually..) other websites of mine through adsense and the likes.
I have learned so much from Wes, and Scott at the affiliate toolbox.
I have just finally set up my first campaign today, which is unbelievably exciting
But yes, hello.

I'm Wes from the Bay Area (Not 202 Wes) another Wes, haha.
Ive been a full time PPC Marketer since Oct 07. Love it! Lived in Japan for 10 years, moved back to start my biz full time.
I've used lots of tools like this, but T202 seems to have taken the lead.

Greetings all. I am a 21 yr old Internet Entrepreneur, fellow Affiliate Marketer and Investor. I moved to Dallas, TX about 3.5 yrs ago, were shortly after I was introduced to affiliate marketing by coming across James Martel's SEO based affiliate websites (by the way, He has an excellent guide for newbie SEO affiliates). After building a few websites and really seeing the potential in making money online I began to learn all that I could. When I first read about PPC marketing, it was late last summer and I wanted to attend the Affiliate Summit in Miami but wasn't able to fork the costs or the time off from my '9-5' job. I was however, able to gain access to the videos once they posted them online. In about October of 07', is where I first started experimenting with PPC. Some great initial success got me hooked and though I've had many ups and downs and tough times, as of Jan 08' I am now completely self employed.
I have used many different tracking programs and besides Google Analytics, T202 is the only other one I currently use.
If you wanna say hello, shout at me sometime.
Andrew Payne

I'm Asle from Oslo, Norway. I've been drawing maps for 17 years, hence the nick. I started serious affiliate marketing in 2007, so I'm quite new in this game. But hey -- who isn't?

Hello Wes (and everyone else :)
My name is Tim, and at 38 I'm guessing I'm one of the older guys around here. I have two wonderful kids and my wife and I have been married 14 years.
This is my 4th month in affiliate marketing and I'm blogging about my internet marketing experiences at www.workplusfaith.com . After reading JasperP's comments about Prosper202 on Twitter I decided to join the fun!
Glad to be here,
Tim

Hello everyone,
I'd like to just go by my user name for now. I know a lot of folks in the domain industry and have no problem revealing my id at some point when I have time to go over the forum and site a little better.
Domain Parking is how I pay the bills for 2 years now.
Looks like a nice community here.

Hey everyone,
My name is David and i just turned 20. I am pretty new to affiliate marketing but not new to entrepreneurship by any means. I am taking a semester off of college right now to build my business and further my entrepreneurial pursuits. I am launching my first product this weekend and hoping that it will be successful. Anyone with advice, insights, or just wanting to talk about the business is welcome to IM me anytime.
Best wishes and success to all of you,
David
