James Seligman from the Seattle Meetup202 group wanted us to let everyone know they will be putting together a special event next month, Thursday, July 23rd 2009. Epicenter Network and JMCA Media will be sponsoring this event.

This will be the Affiliate Event of the summer in Seattle!

It’s an informal networking event where you can meet other local affiliates, affiliate networks, and others related to the online marketing industry. Enjoy some great food and a bar to order your favorite drinks.

We will have a few guest speakers who will talk briefly (approximately 3-5 minutes each) about affiliate marketing related topics, but the guest speakers are not the main focus of this networking event. We will also have drawings for some great items that were donated by our sponsors.

The meet-up will take place in the Grotto. (No, you won’t need your swimsuit; it’s not like at the Playboy mansion). It’s a private room within the bar. Therefore, you must be at least 21 to attend this event, so have your ID ready as they will be checking ID’s at the entrance.
