Why we are doing this
Due to recent requests we are now offering premium one-on-one paid support. With recent changes we have not been able to be as active on the forum as we used to be. We have lots of users to support and we do not currently have the same team like we had to respond to everything currently. We've had users now contact us saying they'd be willing to pay for support if there was an option. This is what we've put together for people who need help and want it now.

Here is what we are offering
We are now offering premium one-on-one support. We will provide you with a dedicated support direct from the Tracking202 development team who will walk you through everything. If you having any issues related to Tracking202 we will help you resolve it. We generally like to use Skype for our one-on-one conversations. This is great for people wanting to hack Prosper202 or do custom-modifications to it or simply need help, this is generally also ok for people who are having problems setting up, upgrading or installing the Tracking202 software. However we will still look at all the questions submitted to us, and it's very likely we can help you with your needs.

Here is what it'll do for you
You will be able to submit your question and have a live person contact you quickly. If your question is something we can help you with, we will respond to your question promptly and then scheduel a time to also chat one-on-one if needed. If we can not fix your issue we will let you know immediately as well. However, more often than not we will be able to resolve your issue. If one-on-one help is required we will use Skype to do this. Once we say we can fix your issue we will start working on it with you untill your problem is resolved!

Here is how you get it
Our premium paid one-on-one support is $175 an hour, we guarantee we'll fix your issue or else we will give your money back. We do not pro-rate our hours, we work fast and we generally resolve most issues within the first hour. However of course, your issue may take longer and it may take between 1-3 hours depending on the complexity of your problem. This will bill you for the first hour, if it takes over one hour to resolve your issue we will let you know how many more hours we need to get the problem fixed.
