Position: Technical Support – Customer Management

Job Description:
A Technical Support representative works closely with affiliates and provides resolution to various technical and software related issues. This role serves the technical needs of affiliates by troubleshooting product and server issues. Technical Support requires adequate working knowledge of PHP and HTML. Additionally, representatives must be able to configure and maintain web server software, including MySQL database and software installation. Other aspects of the position include strong communication and customer services skills, adaptiveness to individual users’ websites and the ability to effectively handle numerous tasks at one time.
High level overview:
- Operational installation, configuration and troubleshooting of MySQL
- Customer relations management and continuous technical support
- Strong knowledge and experience with PHP and HTML
- Develop in-depth understanding of our platform, product and software suite
- Client interaction via phone, email, website and online support tickets
- Identifying flaws in script and website coding
- Update website support forum to provide solutions to frequently asked questions
- Assertive stance with prioritizing and addressing issues
