MSN AdCenter has just released their desktop client, if you are familiar with the Adwords Editior, it is basically the same thing but for MSN AdCenter. This has been under development for awhile and it is finally released to the open public. We have grabbed the official download link for you, you can get it here

Please note you should download this link in IE, as it appears to have issues installing from Safari, Chrome and even firefox sometimes. As once you download it, it prompts for another internet browser download and if its an incompatible browser it will fail. So set your default browser to IE when you download this.
And it only works on PC.

I have tried this application once before and it couldn't be started and had some bugs. I am going to download it again and see how it works
